A few months back I received a phone call from Ann. She had received my contact info from friends who suggested I would do a good job for her and her husband listing their condo in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood.

Ann and I spoke and I emailed her one of those top-heavy real estate emails with tons of hyperlinks that spelled out where and how and how often I would market her place online. My assertive use of places like craigslist, oodle, edgeio, vast, Realtor.com, Tribune.com, and other great and secret places seemed impressive. We met after this email correspondence and Ann and her husband Mike decided to list with me.

After taking the listing I hit the ground running and kept a sprinter’s pace since, relentlessly advertising their place, touting it to consumers and agents, aggressively marketing it, hosting open houses, showing the condo, and, as of today, bringing this stunning rehabbed condo to the world of Chicago home searchers in the form of a video.
