Sunday Rains Supreme as the Rain Rains Down

So it’s raining today. Waking amid the soft sounds of splashing drops I wonder what day of the week it is. Sunday? Another busy day with showings and open houses. My clients know they can count on me to show up, whether with umbrella and rain coat or whatever the situation warrants. But I also show up to embrace the possibility that the day holds.


September 13th - Family Matters

Behind every successful man is a reason. For me it’s my family and my love for them. Tomorrow marks our fifth anniversary and I have pieced together a few montages for my lovely wife, Nicole. And tomorrow? Back to the fray with numerous showings and several pending deals.

A sour economy has most Americans keeping a hand on their ever-thinning pocket books. But their free hand appears to be firmly wrapped around a bottle of their alcoholic beverage of choice. Meanwhile a busy Chicago real estate market has Tom McCarey reaching for his beloved Coca Cola as his beverage of choice. Thus he remains sharp for his buying and selling clients.
