Aggressive Steps to Market Homes (and Reclaim Diamond Rings)
A $78,000 diamond ring washed down the toilet – what to do? The plucky couple refused to say no and after 8 hours and three plumbing professionals they finally reclaimed the diamond from the rough. Buying a home is STILL part of the American Dream
A boy’s night in with my sons Jackson and Lucas ended with bedtime stories and sweet tales told by Jackson of his day before his eyes closed for the night. Sweet dreams my sweet sons and the hope that our neighbors also partake of the sweet dream of home ownership, a part of the American dream for as long as I can remember.
New Luxury Condo Listing in Chicago
Stumbling around online Wednesday Chicago real estate professional Thomas McCarey found a new tool to augment his social marketing campaign. Called SlideShare, it allows you to upload powerpoint presentations for online syndication. Today’s post highlights this tool with The Real Estate Lounge Chicago’s new listing at 1055 Hermitage.
Good Morning, America!!
Today was the inauguration. We kept Jackson home from school to watch, and as well as a three-year-old can pay attention, he watched. But first we had business to attend to, an appraisal at 550 Surf in Lakeview. Thankful for a warm home where we can watch, we look forward to moving forward.
Increased Confidence in Chicago Real Estate Market
Thomas McCarey reports that the market has been on the upswing since the election. And the renewed sense of confidence in the new administration bodes well for the future well-being of the market. Showings are up as are contracts at McCarey’s listings, and his clients are participating as buyers. All in all, things look good as Barack Obama readies to take the helm.
