A Walk in Edgewater Before Running to Showings

A morning walk with my sons was brisk and chilly, but we were warmed by exchanges with our neighbors and an exploration of St. Gertrude’s which was readying for Easter Mass. Interspersed with showing listings and meeting buying clients (and taking exams for 12 hours of continuing education) was the lovely intertwining of my family with our dear neighbors in our Edgewater community.

A Meeting With New Clients Who are Buying a Home in Chicago

Last summer I met a couple at a Bucktown open house. Between then and now they saved some money, got married, and neared the end of their rental lease. Chicago Condo Flies High Online in The New York Times

On the other end of the phone was a reporter from The New York Times wanting to use one of my Chicago real estate listings for an online article. It took a New York minute to say sure to posting my condo for sale at 1055 Hermitage at the Times online site. The point is that the same amount plays out differently in different locales. Location, location, location.
