The Chicago real estate market is abuzz with activity as brokerage a buys brokerage b. Last week came word that long time independent firm Rubloff had been acquired by Prudential Preferred. Amid the din one thing remains consistent, the top placement in the Chicago market of my brokerage, @properties.
