So here’s the deal… helping my clients buy and sell real estate is like doing a Sunday New York Times crossword. There’s difficulties involved, but after you do it for a while you kind of get the hang of it. But the ability to successfully work a difficult crossword or help clients with real estate transactions relies on knowledge, creativity, diligence and persistence.
And in today’s market, ensuring the satisfaction of clients relates to the aggressive and intelligent integration of technology.
I am glad to report that I never stand still with my business. I continually incorporate new ideas to make sure that I do the best job for my buying and selling clients. And I am glad to report that my efforts are working. I am always in touch with my past clients, working with them again and again and being the privileged recipient of their many ongoing referrals. But I am never too busy to work with new clients.
